The Ozymandias art installation is a half-finished, large sculpture of two legs created by the legendary Panhandle artist Lightnin’ McDuff. The sculpture began as a project set out to be a full man, but halfway through its construction Lightnin' decided that the sculpture was perfect with just the legs. People regularly visit the strange art installation to leave their mark and take photos by the two giant legs.
