Enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the sunny taste of Tia Maria with this Cocktail from the City, Tia Caribbean Dream by @fannycocktails from Montreal. Combine 45 ml of Tia Maria, 90 ml of pear nectar, 30 ml of spiced rum, 7 ml of simple syrup, 2 drops of vanilla extract, 2 drops of Angostura bitters, and 3 halved fresh mint leaves in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
