Tia Maria cocktail from Toppi
Straight from Toppi bar in Sydney, this Cocktail from the City is 50/50 by bartender Matteo Belkeziz. It is made with 25 ml Tia Maria, 45 ml Naked Grouse whisky and 30 ml lemon juice, with a topping made from 20 ml Porter beer reduction and whipped egg white. We're 100% sure you'll love 50/50, a one of a kind cocktail.

Tia Maria Matcha white chocolate latte
A stunning Cocktail from the City by Taste and Tipple. Pour 6 oz coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to nearly boiling. Reduce the heat and add 1 oz of chopped white chocolate, stirring until fully mixed. Put 2 oz of Tia Maria Matcha into a heatproof mug, add the coconut milk preparation and stir. Whip the white of an egg with a tablespoon of sugar until stiff peaks have formed. Sift in 1 teaspoonful of matcha powder and stir. Spoon the whipped matcha mixture onto the top of the drink.
