I die cut the buttons, layered, then put two layers of glossy accents on them to give them the look of shiny buttons! I then used some twine, and threaded the buttons. I used a Simon Says Stamp die to make a swervy pattern to follow the buttons on the card panel... I chose to use the new Simon Says Stamp Script Thanks die as the…

There have been very few Doodlebug Design paper collections that I haven't purchased. I will admit, I had second thoughts about the new So Punny collection. But only because I don't need a bunch of valentine cards. Since I give cards to local retirement homes, I decided the residents would probably appreciate some funny and cheerful Valentine cards. Thanks Sew Much
Hi there :) I must apologise to those who may have seen this card already, crafting time has again been in short supply recently so I'm sharing a card from last months Craft Stamper magazine.... the theme was sewing so I used an older Paper Smooches stamp set called Needle Little Love.... I stamped, coloured and cut out the images by hand when I made this a couple of months ago...... but now Paper Smooches has a die set to match so you don't have too and it's just been added to the store…
Just Us Girls #240 - Wild Card
So, its the 5th week of the month and that means it is Wild Card time over at JUGS -- Marisa has chosen distressing. I made a fun sewing type tag. I have had these Spellbinder's Sewing Elements forever! Have I used them? Not so much. Good time to pull them out! I distressed the edges -- that to me goes well with sewing. :) Do you like to distress? Well, make a card [or project] and play along over at Just Us Girls! We would love to have you join in!! Thanks for stopping by~
