糯米南瓜包 1:绿皮南瓜(Buttercup)五分之一个(220克),水1大匙;  2:糯米粉1杯(145克),热水85毫升; 1、南瓜去皮去籽,洗净切小块放入一较深的玻璃盘里(图1),加上1大匙水后盖上保鲜膜,微波炉叮5分钟至熟。  2、用叉子压成粉,加入所有2料揉成较硬面团(图2),盖上保鲜膜备用。  3、将所有3料拌成团(图3),分成16份备用。将面团也分成16份,盖上保鲜膜保湿。4、面团每份揉成球状,压扁成皮包一份馅料,收口再揉成球状(图4)。用刀背从上到下压上5道纹,成南瓜状(图5)。5、将做好的南瓜包柸放入铺了考盘纸的蒸笼里(图5),水开后入笼,大火蒸6分钟,离火冷一会儿,取出南瓜包。然后插上一节绿叶菜的茎做成南瓜柄即可。 Pastry Shells, Cantaloupe, Blog, Favorite Recipes, Fruit, Blogging
