French onion fondue - like French onion soup without the soup. Recipe turned out very much like the french onion fondue at Maude's Liquor Bar. The onions took more like 3 hours to properly caramelize, and I'd cut back on the Worcestershire/sherry/sherry vinegar called for. Other than that, lovely.
