Chronic Illness Support - Spoonie LIfe

As fortunate as I am to have family and friends who text, call, and FaceTime me, I always have trouble finding time or energy.Of course I always want to answer and most the time I do!! But the times I don’t I feel terrible. And terrible for not answering. Sometimes we just can’t. And sometimes we can’t even text back. I can’t explain it but the energy tank is just gone. The fuel is empty. And the missed calls and texts reminders just stare us in the face with guilt.
