• 50 g prezzemolo
• 1 spicchio aglio (piccolo)
• 40 g pane raffermo
• 1 cucchiaio aceto di vino bianco (un cucchiaio scarso)
• 8 filetti acciughe sott’olio (piccoli)
• 8 cucchiai olio di oliva
• 2 cucchiai olio di oliva (delle acciughe)
• 330 g tomini (freschi)
