Recipes high in fiber and protein for a healthier, happier you💚  Link in bio —> @vegandinnerfeed Save this simple high protein recipe and follow for more easy vegan recipes 🤌 🌱 By @sezzy.brown Ingredients: 3 serves vermicelli noodles 300g extra firm tofu - cubed 1 tbsp oil 1 carrot - sliced into match sticks 1 zucchini - sliced into match sticks 1/2 red capsicum a thinly sliced 2 spring onions - thinly sliced 2 tsp sesame seeds Sauce ingredients:  3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp chilli oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder Method: Pour boiling water over the noodles then cover with a lid or plate and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes Bring a large non stick pan to medium heat with the oil and fry the tofu until crispy Whilst the tofu is frying, whisk together all your sauce ingredients Once the tofu is crispy, add the noodles, carrot, zucchini and capsicum to the pan with the sauce, mix well over the heat for a couple of minutes (not too long, we don’t want our veggies over cooked and soft!)  Transfer to 3 containers or serve to 3 people.
