1. Are they becoming more popular, and if so why? Is it just a fashion statement or a response to changes in society? 2. Do you judge people with tattoos and piercings? I have to say for me it depends on the tattoo or piercing. I have no issue with piercings at all. Tattoos depend on the type and location. I assume anyone with those tribal ones around their arm or the ones in sanskrit to be a be...well I think David Beckham is a perfect role model for them...
