Good morning my fellow fit mommies! Today’s workout is simple and doesn’t require any equipment. You can always add a kettlebell to make it more difficult. It is great to do at home or traveling. It is more of a full body workout. AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible) for 10 minutes 5 Push-ups 10 Squats 15 Sit-ups Scaling options would be push-ups from the knees or standing against a wall or counter top.
