All the way from Manatí, Puerto Rico, we have a Meatless Monday dish that will tantalize your tastebuds! 😛 🥗 @cocinaconsabor787 cooked up this "Tofu Revoltillo" featuring onion, green pepper and mushrooms, and seasoned with smoked paprika, pink salt, pepper and garlic powder. It's topped with broccoli sprouts and paired with Kontos Multi-Grain flatbread and vegan cheese. Kontos flatbread is sold throughout the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico. 🤗 #VEGAN

Looking for a healthier version to fried falafel? 💁 Hayley from healthy.hayls whipped up this sweet potato baked falafel recipe with homemade tzatziki. It's served on our Greek Lifestyle Flatbread, which has half the carbs of traditional flatbread and 15 grams of protein. 💪

Here's a fast and tasty summer dinner: Oven-baked Chicken Tenders with homemade tzatziki sauce. We marinated the chicken in Greek yogurt for an hour and then tossed it with 1 tsp. sumac, salt and pepper, along with panko bread crumbs. We drizzled it with olive oil  and then baked in a 400 degree oven about 15-20 minutes. Serve on fresh Kontos Pocket-Less Pita. 😋

We marinated the chicken in Greek yogurt for an hour and then tossed it with 1 tsp. sumac, salt and pepper, along with panko bread crumbs.
