Kunsthistorisches museum

Das Kunsthistorische Museum gehört zweifellos zu Europas Spitzenmuseen. Die Schätze, die sich im Haus befinden, gehen auf die jahrhundertealte Sammlertätigkeit der Habsburgerfamilie zurück. 1871 gab Kaiser Franz Josef I. den Auftrag zum Bau, zusammen mit jenem des gegenüberliegenden Naturhistorischen Museums.

I will put up few more photos from Vienna this week. I spend the Saturday there, just walking around the city and taking a lot of photos. This time I tried only to check out most of the city center.
