Breathe. No mantra today because I want to give you an active breathe meditation to enjoy. Breathe meditation: Get comfortable. Close your eyes if you like. Inhale fully, from your belly, to the count of 3. Hold 1. Exhale fullly to the count of 4. REPEAT. You can increase your counts to 4 and 5 - 5 and 6 as you breathe.
