Arbonne Hot Chai Protein Shake
Arbonne Chai Made Healthy THIS IS PERFECT for the cold fall days! Who knew a chai latte could be so healthy & still so delicious? On stove top: Steep 2 chai tea bags in a 1/2 cup boiling water, (get from Whole Foods Market) Then add 1/2 cup to 1 cup coconut or almond milk. Pour into blender & add 1 scoop Arbonne Vanilla Protein powder (2 for extra flavor & sweetness). Blend until frothy. Pour into a mug & enjoy! Top with cinnamon & nutmeg if desired
Key Lime Shake - Nice idea to start with - I tweaked the recipe omitting the whey and the coconut flakes and used an almond milk with coconut milk in it, added chia seeds and it came out great ! Lots of freshness, it was good in the morning ! Could have added spinach but I was out ! Will try that one again for sure !
