Mix Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix, butter & egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Divide the mixture in two. Firmly press dough into bottom of each muffin cup & fill with apple pie mixture. Roll out the remaining dough & place cut-outs on top of apple pie filling. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Serve it with sprinkle of joy.
