12/14/12: Lean N' Sexy Arms-I adapted the workout as follows (I used 10, 8 and 5lb weights) and repeated 3 x through. The first round I did 20 squats after each exercise so I got in my 80+ squats for the day. Round 2 - I did 25 jump rope skips after each exercise and Round 3- I did 10 jumping jacks after each exercise. It took me a total of 48 minutes to complete the entire workout.
