Gianlorenzo Bernini. Baldakijn van Bernini (1624 - 1633). St. Pieter. Dit is een combinatie tussen een baldakijn en een ciborium dat boven het graf van Petrus staat. Je ziet de weelderige met goud versierde barokstijl hier erg goed in terug. Zwierige gedraaide krullen en organische versieringen dragen daar ook aan bij. Ook zijn er veel ornamenten op aangebracht.
