It was super simple to make-- each golden "nugget" is a dumpling (gnocchi) made with semolina flour, water and saffron (for color). They're a little time-consuming, but easy enough for kids to do. Its a little late but here it is! The breakdown of days 11-20. So far I have not become tired of pasta, if anything, I crave it all the time. I've decided not to worry about it. The routine is still the same, I have been mixing things up by inviting people to make it with me.
