I just have some little frozen bagels here. Oh, I got seven. That's okay. We're going to put seven in here. That's fine. Actually, no, we're not. I want, I like it to be even. Alright. Next step here, little bit of heavy cream. So, we're just going to pour some right on top of all these bagels like so and we don't need too much. Just a nice little layer, okay? Cuz this is kind of like a breakfast pastry. So, this is how we want to do it. That that's a good amount. Just going to shake it a little bit. Yeah, that's perfect. Just a nice little layer on the bottom. We have some delicious cherry pie filling. I love cherry pie. It's my favorite. So, we're just going to put this right on top of our bagels and our heavy cream, alright? Just like so. Wow, that's looking, that's looking so good already. We ain't even cook it yet. Just going to spread this a little bit but honestly, wherever they fall, they fall. It's all going to the same place and y'all are going to see how good this is. So, it's one of my favorite recipes to make because I just like using some stuff that I have left over like these little bagels. You can also use some nice, thick bread if you'd like as well. Alright. So, our next step. Now, this is my secret ingredient for this recipe. We're going to use a packet of jello cheesecake pudding, okay? Now, we're just going to sprinkle it on here dry but this looks so pretty already y'all. Doesn't it? Just look so good. So, we're going to sprinkle this on here dry. Just like so. So, remember, we have our little bagels, some heavy cream. We got a can of cherries and then we just going to put about half the packet of the cheesecake jello pudding. Cheesecake jello pudding. That's a lot to say. Wow. Alright. Next, I love using this in in in this recipe. We're going to use some walnuts. Now, if you don't like nuts, you can leave the nuts out and it's still just as good or if there's a different kind of nut that you like like pecan or something else, you can use those but I just like to spread this right on top like so. I love cooking with nuts. They just taste so good. Alright, I think that I think that looks real pretty. I think that looks real pretty. Alright and then next, we're going to take some little chocolate chips and just sprinkle these right on top y'all. Oh, except I don't like those big chunks so that's fine. Some chocolate chips right on top. So, we have a delicious cherry chocolate walnut delight. It's kind of like a a little sweet breakfast treat. It's great for the Sunday brunch with the ladies as well. Let me tell you. I bring this to my church on Sundays and they just love it. Alright, y'all. So, all we're going to do is put this in the oven. We're going to cook it at 350 for about 15 minutes and it's going to be so delicious. Alright, y'all. Look at how good this oh my goodness I'm so excited y'all so remember we had our mini frozen bagels and then we also put on some canned cherries a can of cherry pie filling some heavy cream and then we topped it off with chocolate and pecans so y'all this is one of my favorite things to make it's actually a real good like breakfast brunch bake it's kind of like bread pudding I just love making this it is so good y'all oh it's still hot and when you pour that heavy cream it it just helps this little bagels moist you could still see it in there oh my goodness we're going to get some of this topping right up there this is going to be so good y'all and you know what you can totally customize this dish you can use whatever you like if you want a different kind of nut you go ahead and use a different kind of nut if you want other chocolate or a different kind of fruit you could use that too we're just going to cut into this so using that heavy cream helps keep this little bagel real soft okay so it's nice and soft and we're going to make sure we get a little bit of everything here we got our our cherries our chocolate it's going to be good.

So, I have some thin sliced ham here and I'm just kind of layering this on the bottom of my pan like so. This is one of my favorite breakfast casseroles to make. It's quick, it's easy, just a few ingredients and I love the flavors. So, we have 12 eggs here. It's enough to feed your whole family and make sure you always grease the bottom of that pan first, alright? So next here we going to do another layer of this ham. And I like to lay it out but you you can kind of just like rip it up too if you want. It don't really matter. It's all going in the same place. Alright, y'all. Just like so. Ooh, this is looking so good so far. So, we have some ham. We got our eggs and now, we're going to do a nice layer here of Swiss cheese. I love me some Swiss cheese. Right on top. Like so. Oh, it's kind of stuck together but that's alright. We're going to unstick it just like that. Alright. Just doing some Swiss cheese right on top of our ham. Looks like a ham and cheese breakfast bake. Alright, y'all. It's so good. I'm so excited. I'm getting hungry. Alright and then we're going to do another one more layer of ham here and we're going to do the ham a little bit different because we want to look pretty, alright? We just going to do a little a little square of ham right in the middle of this Swiss cheese. Just like that. Alright. So, you could technically say you got six servings here but it depends on how hungry, how hungry y'all are. Sometimes I eat more than one of these squares because I'd be real hungry and this is one of my favorite breakfast. I love breakfast. It's so good. Alright, y'all. So, we almost ready. We have one more thing to add. So, I have a can of these Grand Southern Home Style biscuits. This is a must for this recipe, alright? So, we're going to open this up. Oh, this, oh, wow. That always scares me when that happens y'all. If y'all know what an easier way to open these without that happening, I want you to let me know because every time I do it, that happens and it always scares me. Alright, so we're going to cut these little biscuits into four pieces. Cut them all like that. I suppose I should be using a cutting board but that's alright. I like to do things fast. Alright. So now, what we're going to do here, we're going to take these little triangles and we just going to go all the way around our dish like so. Alright all the way around and you know what it don't have to be perfect Oh, this is looking real good. I'm so excited for this breakfast casserole. Y'all are going to love this with these biscuits. We got our ham and our Swiss. Ham and Swiss is such a good combo. Don't you all think? And you know what? If you want to do low carb, you can leave these biscuits off but I like carbs. I like extra carbs. So, that's what we're going to do here. Alright, so we're going to take a little bit of our green onion. We're just going to sprinkle this right on top. You can use as much or as little as you'd like. Now, I really like these green onions. So, we're going to we're going to do a good amount like that. Alright, y'all. So, we going to do a little bit more of these biscuits just down the center here like this. And you know what? We're going to do some right here. Kinda like to separate all the servings. So look, you got like six little squares. It looks just perfect. Look at that. Alright and then if there's anywhere to sneak in these last little pieces, y'all can do that but also you can just leave em out. So, we're going to cook this in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes and I'm so excited to show y'all one of my favorite breakfast. Alright, y'all. Here we go. We have our delicious ham and swiss breakfast bake. This looks real pretty now with these biscuits. How they turn nice and golden brown. I'm hungry. Time to cut into this baby so remember we just have our Swiss cheese our sliced deli ham some green onion and eggs that's really it y'all and I put the biscuits on top y'all if you don't want the biscuits if you want to have it low carb y'all can totally do that but I like carbs so I like having them in my breakfast I'm just going to scoop some of this out here oh my goodness look at this y'all this is looking so good oh we have some of the egg right here look at that those layers that melted Swiss that ham oh let me I'm going to get me one of these egg yolks. Alright, you know what? It's time to try this y'all. I'm going to cut right on into this. Oh yeah, some of that ham. I'm going to get me a little bite of everything. I'm just making a mess here y'all but you know what? I don't care because I'm hungry. I'm hungry. Get a little bite of all of it. Oh my goodness. I'm so excited.
