I think most of the artwork was conceived by mistake but was not born by mistake, as, indeed, most of us. I wanted to photograph the rain, the pace and direction of falling water and the moment of impact with the ground or with the glass of a window. I photographed only a few drops, perfectly focused and property on a window pane. I decided to repeat the experiment on the road, during a downpour.
